The rapid development of the internet industry has significantly shortened the lifespan of novel ideas and products. In order to meet various needs of users, and to comply with the market development, problem solving has become the most important guidance for designers. By carrying out a series of theoretical studies, questionnaires and user tests on visual feedback of voice assistants, I found that users most often lack a sense of trust in voice assistants.
In this text I will think beyond the technical issues of voice recognition: how visual aids can increase drivers’ trust in digital assistants and make drivers feel more secure when interacting with digital assistants.
