Since my very first lesson in design, I have frequently been asked which problem needs to be solved during the process of design.

The rapid development of the internet industry has significantly shortened the lifespan of novel ideas and products. In order to meet various needs of users, and to comply with the market development, problem solving has become the most important guidance for designers. However, is this really what designers should do?

By carrying out a series of theoretical studies, questionnaires and user tests on visual feedback of voice assistants, I found that users most often lack a sense of trust in voice assistants. 

In this text I will think beyond the technical issues of voice recognition: how visual aids can increase drivers’ trust in digital assistants and make drivers feel more secure when interacting with digital assistants.

In order to improve the usability of the website of Magdeburg University of Applied Sciences, we did a quantitativ user test with eye tracking.

In this writing I will describe in detail the entire testing process, including the preparation, the methods used in testing, and the analysis of the final results, etc.
